Most of the people train just their mirror muscles (that can be seen in the mirrors e.g. abs) but it is one of the biggest gym mistakes. Apart from them, there are also lots of muscles essential to your physique and overall health. It’s not right to not train them because you can’t see them.

An imbalance will be created when you only focus on primary muscles as they become more powerful than the other muscles which can lead to chronic pain and poor posture.
