These sport bites or energy bars consist of variety of super food ingredients having healthy boosting properties, which are helpful when you are going for explosive workout sessions. This explosive energy sport bites totally makes four bites.

Ingredients:

  1. 1.       Hemp Seeds:  These seeds have great effect in increasing the muscular contraction and nervous functions. The Hemp seeds are rich in magnesium, fats and proteins.

Method of Preparation:

  1. Take a food processor and add a ¼  cup unsalted almonds, ¼ cup of dried unsulphured apricot, hems seed two teaspoon, coconut oil two teaspoon, small amount of good-quality vanilla essence, and in the last a pinch of powdered cinnamon. Pulse the whole mixture until it becomes smooth.

 

  1. Take the mixture and separate it into four parts. Then roll the mixture into round compact shapes.

 

  1. Put the mixture into the fridge to make it chill or just put it in the freezer to make it firm.

 

About 30 to 60 minutes before the workout, take out one bite of the energy bar and enjoy eating so delicious sports bite and watch how your level will explode during the workout.
