Kim used twitter to talk about the demanding workout week with Harley Pasternak, celeb trainer, while it seems to be a torturing workout for the star.
Kanye’s wife wrote on the twitter that these workouts were similar to a torture and she literally can’t even walk then.
Staying fit is very important for the mother of North West. Often her photos of going towards and coming from the gym are displayed on her profile and in order to lose unwanted weight she previously adopted the low carbohydrate diet.
In the beginning of August, the reality star showed her frustration by writing on twitter of not losing her extra weight after months of baby birth.
She wrote that she can’t lose the extra 15-20 pounds of weight amid an intense workout. Now the baby is 1 year old and it is not an excuse. The reality is that she can’t shake off extra weight. She was also surprised to not lose the weight after baby birth.
She also asked others that if they have the same problem with their bodies after having child? Now her different body parts are getting bigger and she wants to reduce the whole weight as it was around few years ago. She’ll not complain anymore and from that day, she’ll change her diet by shunning carbohydrates and extreme workouts.
After starting her strict diet regular later the same month, she showed off her beautiful curves in a selfie posted on Instagram and a source also told later that she got rid of 7 extra pounds.
Just few days after MTV Video Music Awards, she told that she did slim down. It was the start when she tweeted. She then managed to lower carbohydrates diet and stick upon it. She felt good after losing 6-7 pounds and she likes her fitness with that. She added that it wasn’t enough that she’d like to slim down and she wasn’t much comfortable even then.
Apart from that, Rob and Khloe Kardashian have also kept their routine of extreme workout. It was revealed by Gunner Peterson, personal trainer of the siblings. He told that Khloe remains in the gym 5 days in a week while Rob is a hard worker.
